Yea I would stick with my two ID MAX.

With a Orion 2500d it would sound good enough.

I didn't go ported because I don't have enough room for two ported id max.

fyi.

I had a 13.5 W7 it was a monstor. I sold it because someone broke in my car the same night and tried to steal it. Now I got a box that fits under the panel so I can hide it.

35.5" Length

13" Width (needs at least 2 inches by the sub)

16" tall

Sold it to a friend he loves it. I love it also but I will see how this two IDMAX compare to the w7.

You'd be surpised how quiet dub7s are in a daily install, even with all that displacement ability.

lol, well when u have everything hooked up let me know how it sounds, i get my 1501d on wed., ive been reading around on forums and it's saying that 1000 would be 2 much for idmax, but think if you push them in the 800-1000 range is where the subs really show, they are loud with 500 right now, but double that i can just only imagine, lol

Just from my personal experience, I've yet to hear a W7 that constitutes $700 in SQ or SPL, or even "SQL". To me, it just didn't really shine tremendously in either department. Which was a let down to me.

So, the 4 cubes for the 13W7 is external??

Why even list an external #???? I just assumed that was internal.

Just from my personal experience, I've yet to hear a W7 that constitutes $700 in SQ or SPL, or even "SQL". To me, it just didn't really shine tremendously in either department. Which was a let down to me.

Yes the performance of the W7 is definately not worth the price, but if it was priced down near say a xxx, it would be something to consider.
