first of all I got 4 for my civic. I got two installed! I also had a jl w7 13.5 and the XXX. The jl is one of the best drivers in the world. I got two thinking it would be better. After powering it a low volumes for a few weeks, I slowly turned up the gains. it all of a sudden blew. I gave it about the same power the JL 13.5 (about 1600 watts) was getting maybe a little more. I was surprised when both of them blew. I was very disappointed in the performance! Like I stated before I was waiting for 6 months becaues they were on back-order! I have no clue but it surely didnt work for me..
