2 Door Tahoe questions

I am going to put a moderate system into my 2 door tahoe (HU, component speakers, 1 8" sub, all running off a 4 channel amp). My question is where is a good place to mount the amp that is hidden but accessible and where is a good ground for the amp? Thanks!

Well since you have the car, see where it would fit. Then you would have to find an amp smaller than those dimensions. Under the rear seats?

I don't have the car right now, the motor blew up and it is getting replaced. The amp is about the size of a textbook. I was looking to see if someone had a good suggestion who had done it before.
