2 Din Install on 2008 Avalon Limited

I just got a 08 avalon limited with nav.etc I m looking to replace the factor changer indash unit for a 2din dvd..BUT they dont make a dash kit 2din for these cars not that ive found..Im looking to get this custom fit anyone have any ideas or thoughts on this this car has the fold down door over the stero unit ied like to keep that
