2 channel budget amp

my friend needs a decent 2 channel budget amp, needs to be 200w rms x 2 @ 4 ohm. what options can you guys come up with, new or used...

actually, he kinda just changed his mind...see he was gonna run these 2 6x9's he has off this small mtx amp for midbass, and he was gonna get 2 of the eminence alpha 6a's for loudass midrange up front(they get real loud) but then he would need a crossover right? if not, then just pretend i never posted this. but if he does, i told him just to get 4 coaxiles and a bigger amp for all 4, and itll prally be loud enough...what should he do?
