2 chan vs mono amp...whats the difference?

okay i owned a 06 15 L7 last year and i put a 1600 power acoustic amp on it and it was pushing around 700 rms on the sub....i got rid of my pa amp and went on to kicker so i got a kicker kx 1200.1 amp and it sounded good but it didnt the sub didnt hit high notes like the pa amp did and to tell u the truth i liked the way the pa amp sounded on the sub more so why does a 2 channel amp sound better when u bridge it down to one sub?

has nothing to do with whether or not it's a two channel.....adjust your crossover points...make them higher and it should sound better(to you)

could be your box, crossover points, bass boost, or any combination of the three

okay so it dont have nothin to do with a 2 chan amp bein bridge down to a mono amp its just the way u set it
