when you use 2 batteries how do you wire them is it pos o pos and neg top neg and then pos to amp and neg to ground on one or both or is it pos to neg neg on the first to ground then poston the second to amp is it in series or parrealel ive blown 2 amps so far as the guy ewho installed my socalled big 3 did a big flee with the monee but didint do the job correctlyy as i have blown like i said 2 amps and this is since i blew the last lot im haveing majour dram does it matter to much f the batteries arenot the same CCAs and stuff

basically whats the law for witrieing 2 batts together to get the use of the most effecient power and how do i do it or where do i find how to do it a

as none of the installers here ive used and i use the term installer loosely have done it right im gonna do it myself but before i blow myself and more amps up how do i do it:verymad:

a point in the right direction with a howtoo in laymens terms with no maths etc would be great or a post or pm leeting me know how to do it so i dont blow this one as its the show car and thats how long it lasts one show cranking for about 30mins then you can cook and egg on the amps but thats cause they had a 1ohm load into a 2ohm stable amp

anyway a wirieing for dummies would help at this point so someone help me i need to redo the big three and wire in two batts 1 monoblock and 2 2channel amps i can sort the subs and speakers aswell as hu:crap:

and yes i know i can expect flaming beyond what is called for as this question is a bit dumb but i was trusting and it blew up in my face literally so HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE WIRE THIS BIIITTTCCCHHH

batt to fuse block (under the hood) first batt POS to POS second bat POS then fuse block to amp!!! NEG from 1st batt to NEG on second ground amp to second batt ground second batt under the hood or a good ground spot on ya car!!!

or if u meant 2 batts being 1 under hood 1 in rear same thing just remove 1 from what i said!!

the way you worded it is a bit confusing

for 12v you want to paralle the 2 batteries.Paralle will double the current output while the voltage stays the same.If you are doing 16 or 18 volt it will require series and paralle. When you series the batteries the voltage doubles but the current is only equal to one of the batteries.

on the drawing on the kinetic it shows positive fuse fuse positve 2nd bat to positive on amp and then negitive negative snd batt to negative on amp does this mean if its a 3 amp system i would go

+ FUSE FUSE 2nd batt+ to + on distro block then

- - on 2nd batt negative on distro block

then DIstro to amp 1, 2, 3 and ground each amp to the car somewhere with a vey good ground
