2 Amps, which would you pick?

I have narrowed down my search to the following two amps. They will be powering a set of Kicker 6.2 comps (which I bought on here in the classifieds!!THANKS!) and two 6.5" kicker subs, which I still have to purchase. I have a 2008 GMC Sierra EXT cab and the amp will fit nice under the rear seat.

I would go with the Cadence, but that is just me...
