2 amps...1 question

Hey so it's been about 3 years since I installed an amp, it was the only one I've done so bare with me here.

I already have an amp for my sub. I bought another for the new speakers I put in. My question is... when I install the 2nd amp what am I doing with the remote turn on wire?? Am i connecting it with the sub amps remote turn on wire where it means the head unit wire?

with just 2 amps... you can do that... if you add anymore amps tho, i would suggest making a independent 12v, with a relay

Yep.just run another wire from the remote lead.

thought you can run a wire from the seconds amps remote to the first amps remote, and the first amps remote from HU?

Alright. Remote wire...is this the same as primary wire? I have a bunch of 18 gauge primary wire sitting around.

yes primary wire is fine just make sure the jacket isnt cheap crumbly stuff,,,if ran in to it a couple times
