the wood is not ply wood. it is a very strong treated wood called advantech. they use it on floors in most houses and in almost every structure. very very strong. willl be mdf out the outer baffels though

subs fireing to the side in a 8.5 cubic foot sealed box

the ported chamber is 16 cubes

it will be ported inbetween my two seats with 2 8" flared aero ports

thats a really huge sealed section. im getting amazing results from my 2.25 cubes per 18.

That avantech is very hard and very solid. Quite heavy though. I got an extra sheet or two leftover from doing a loft. Had considered using it for a box actually.

I spent a lot of the day yesterday grinding down my basket and reconing my sub. Got a deecent amout done though. May have pics late tonight if not tommorow night for sure. Maybe even a video late tommorow night
