yeah if you already have them you might as well use them both make sure you brace the boxwell thanks for the input, arguements, discussion or whatever you call it.. haha.. so is it agreed that i should go ahead and go big with both of them ???
HAHAH.i think it time to start banning 09ers already....
well yea... for sure... whats best for braceing?? besides extra layers on each panel? like 2x4's??yeah if you already have them you might as well use them both make sure you brace the box
yea i thought about sealed.. i just havent had much luck when i build sealed boxed.. i know it sounds wierd cuz all it is is looking at the recommended size for the sub, but still... anyways, i would rather go ported for lower more painful bass.HAHAH.
Anyways, if you have the space, do two. I mean, from what you're talking about, money is no concern. However, a single sub in proper airspace will sound alot better than two subs that don't have enough room. So if you have a giant *** car/SUV, and the time, do them both. Ever considered a sealed application? That will cut down on box expenses, technical difficulty, etc.
MT's sealed= EWWWHAHAH.

oh well ****. totaly forgot about those.. i used those on a box once. those did work good... takes care of the air drag problem with the round edges and all.. thanks budah wooden dowels is what i use
sweet.. thanks for the info!! yea, everyone has been saying to go ahead and go with both...hopefully i can get into the mid 150s then with both of them....Did a box that was 8.5cubes @ 35Hz for a single MT 18. Off 2k of power it did around a 147+ at like 34Hz. Sounded fine for daily also.
I'd do a box for both since you have them and the power to push em. Window bracing would be my choice and a port in the center if possible as it'll double as bracing.
