for arguments sake, which would be louder? better sound quality? both being powered to their full potential. both properly installed, comparing either both woofer setups sealed or both ported.

i would say 2 15's based on sheer cone area and air displacement

and u can easlily put 1000watts on each

13w7 > 12w3's > 15w3's - quality

for a higher tuned, straight spl application, i'd say 2 15's. but for the common, musically tuned application, 13w7.
