Any amp in the world could blow those subs, just like any amp in the world could blow the XXX....

soooOOo anyways.....

lets say that i had 2 of the hifonics amps hooked up to each of the XXX subs, one on each coil. then i put an inline power switch to 1 of the amps on each sub.

this would make it so that i would always have 1 amp on each sub running. and when i wanted the extra wattage, i could just switch on the other amps.

as long as i had the gains set evenly on all the amps, does anyone see any problem with that?

i thought both coils had to have power going to them at all times when u operate the sub ?????????
