Well im buying two type r's soon and im going to build my own box, 5 cu. ft. tuned to low 30's, maybe 30 or 32hz. Im using a box calculator. http://www.subwoofertools.com/forum/ported-box.asp

But i dont think this is the type of box your looking for.

No, they don't make a program to setup a box for my car. Hey I think I'm also a subscriber to that car audio group that setup that sit.

Its going to be almost impossible to get as loud as you want with the 1) power 2) budget 3) space you have.

yes but there stable to .5 ohms

at .5 ohms they use a LOT of power 60-80 amps constant

I figured 2 dvc 4ohm subs parrel parrell for 1 ohm or 1 2ohm run parrel for 1 ohm. Remeber sq is 2 to db for this.

I would get two 12's. With that power, two 12's should do fine. Ill get back to you on what subs are your options. But im tired now.

ugh i hit 149.8 On one 12" type R tuned to 32 on 1500 watts on The AC.
