2 12 w6v2 or 2 magnum d2

if your looking for a JL Audio sub that u want to compete with a D2 go with W7 if you went W7 the W7 would be -=*LOUDER*=- and still have SQ

please...this thread is not regarding the W7. the w7 costs 2x as much as a w6v2. its good, but who cares...

the w6v2 is a great subwoofer, but i would definitely take the magnum...even tho it might be a tad more expensive.

how much do w6v2s run these days? i think my friend got one for like 250ish...

Yes, in fact my friend jsut got one 2.1 cube ported tuned to 27 HZ. Sounds **** good, but not better than a few 12W6V2's ive heard. Its all preference though, the D2 sounds amazing gets louder and costs less so go for that. Case closed

have you tried different boxes? ie: sealed vs ported etc..

Wait, so you laredy ahve the 12W6V2, just save yourslef the effort and keep it, and I think they run about 300-400 depending on where you get em

if you're going to spend 300 bucks...go for the magnum d2.
