Sold 2 12" Type-Rs, Enclosure, and RF P1000-1BD

I plan on buying a new truck and my system will not fit in it. I am selling my 2 Alpine Type-R 12” Subwoofers, installed in a box, and Rockford Fosgate P1000-1BD 1000w amp. I bought this set in 2007 and paid over $1000 for it new. It has been in my Explorer ever since (which I do not drive often) and all items are in great condition. This system hits hard and it’s going to be hard getting rid of it. Not a bad price though at $400 for all. Even at the cheap sites like ocs the total is around $650.

ran these at 4 ohms? that amp isnt 1 ohm stable is it?

it is.

4 ohms: 250 watts x 1 chan.

2 ohms: 500 watts x 1 chan.

1 ohm: 1000 watts x 1 chan.

i have this same step up it...can i run it at 1 ohm? if so tell me how please, and even at one ohm the subs are gettin 500 a piece right

well, first you need 4ohm dvc subs. wire each sub to 2ohm, then both to a final load of 1ohm. yes, this will give each sub 500 watts.
