Dont even try asking its really only gonna start an argument and u prolly wont get an answer. i Would guess possibly the Type r's due to more cone area but i dunno how much it has cause the L7's are square. It all depends on the box basically. and the amps.

i would say the type r's because theres more Xmax, i think there both great subs tho
