How loud would 2 12 SSD'S sealed be?

with enough power....you should be shaking quite nicely

A sealed BTL is a waste of its potential.

Sealed boxes can still be great sounding with a little EQ action.. Simple bass eq's on the amp usually fix this. Is it as loud and as overwhelming as a big ported box, no not usually.. But many times big, vented is not an option.

thats why im saying 1 18" Q sealed....maybe a nice fiberglass enclosure......1000 watts
