i have about 2.8 cubes to work with without sub and port displacement. i used the calculator on the12volt.com and it said i needed 1 3 inch wide aero about 6 inches long, does that sound right? seems aweful short?

because its 2 subs do i need to use 2 of them?

otherwise it said do a slot port 7.5 inches high 2 inches wide and about 12 inches long. either sound right?

So he box mostly made. It's 2.9 cubes before displacement. Kicker recommends 1 cube each. Is that to much air space? Also I'd I went ported, would a 2x7.5 inch tall port 13 inches long work for 1 ported or is that to much airspace/wrong port area/length?

Thanks so much!!!!!!

Ive got a box i bought for my 10" l7's you can have it for very cheap as its just sitting in my garage and you pay shipping via whatever method you want it shipped. Ill get you some pictures if you are interested. Im 60 miles SE of Chicago (46360 zip) if you want to price shipping also.

Its custom built for kicker subs and it is good - great shape.

Atrend 10" DUAL VENTED SPL KICKER SPL-10DVK

It worked well for my 10"s L7's, but i upgraded to a 15".

10" DUAL VENTED SPL KICKER

Already building one thanks anyways.

How does a port 4.5 wide 7.5 tall and 40 inches long sound? At 1.7 cubes. On the 12volt.com it says it would be tuned to about 33hz. What do y'all think?
