I wouldn't bother with either of those setups. If you increased your budget by even $100 you could do so much better and not kick yourself for buying junk.

no no and no if ur budget is $345. Not any of that equipment though. Something more like this:

2x Infinity Reference 1060W (REF1060W) 10" Single 4 ohm Subwoofer

now u got some leftover cash for wiring kits/hu/deadner/speakers/speaker amp whatev

THeres more and better I suppose, just throwing out one bone I'll let others input.

^^^this^^^, op. you will be very disappointed with either one of those set-ups you mentioned. if your budget is that strict, the infiniti sub and soundstream amp will be better.

Agreed. Infinity Reference series are great budget subs.
