could i just use sand paper?....i have everything necessary but a belt sander. aslo, if i were to use jellyfish420's stencil idea, do you think it would look alright with that krylon chrome colored spray paint with a gloss black background?

yup...if you look at the 2nd pic down you can see all my lines for drawing the logo out perfect. then i just cut it out of the tape.

i think that some chameleon paint would be cool for a logo too...

yea the stencil thing is tits. Yow might want to try use a router with a bit that makes rounded edges to acheve the edges.
