What is this stuff equvilant to ??? Like thickness wise and strand wise??

Similar to top notch OFC 0 gauge car audio wire. under $3 a foot for top notch OFC wire.

How well will this stuff fit into some projectdb dual power/ground inputs?? will it need to be shaved downa little bit
