1ohm loads

connect all the + leads together...

then all the - leads together...

then run those to the amp...

remember this can be done in a variety of ways...so just do it in the best way u see fit

JL Audio has a great tutorial...jlaudio.com --> support. then click on the speaker and then 2 DVC subs---wire the parallel. Should be good to nice. Nice little graphic to ilustrate.

There are several ways to do it, one with the speakers wired in parallel/parallel with eachother, OR, if you want to put two terminal cups on your box, you can wire each sub parallel then each sub to a (+,-) set on the amp, that will lead to a 1ohm load as well. I would subbest parallel/parallel though since it requires only 1 terminal cup.

Also, I prefer the JL tutorial but they are revamping thier site so it is down atm.

If that amp has two outputs, all you need to do is wire each individual sub's coils in parallel and run one on one output and the other sub on the other output.

The amp will "see" a final 1ohm load.

YES!! and its much easier to wire up.
As mentioned in the post above squeak's, MINE, I stated that it is easier to hook up but many people do not want to put in an extra terminal cup just to wire it that way...
