Well I would imagine you have some problem that is making it draw too much current (duh)

Check to see if anything is grounding out. Eg, your power wire touching chassis or your power and ground wire in contact.

 
Yea, since the 12v+ signal is sent once the head unit turns on, and that is when the amplifier pops fuses, I would agree with the above.

Im not sure if a short in the remote would cause the amp to blow a fuse. Contact the seller that you got the amp from and tell them what's up and ask about a possible refund/exchange.

 
It's a good amp. Try to find out what happened to it. KBAudio does repairs and they would probably be able to diagnose the problem once they got the board.
