1995 Lexus GS300 Radio help...

If i'm not wrong they are pretty easy. They are the same as ls400.

The ac vent and clock area should be clips just snap that (& pull towards you) and the same for the ash tray area (not the ash tray itself but that whole piece). Then their should be screws holding the radio and ac controls.

My cousin just called wondering how to take out the factory radio. I have not seen the car so I cannot help him. Anyone know how to? thanks
Use a flat tip screwdriver (mask it with black tape so it doesn't damage your bezels) And remove the TOP AC vent housing on top of the Stereo. Next remove the ashtray by pulling and unclipping it (once the ashtray is removed). After this there are (4) screws total - 2 on top (where you originally removed the AC bezel) and 2 on bottom (where you removed the ashtray assembly). Unscrew those (I believe phillips) and there ya go! This also is an amplified system I believe so you would need to bypass the amp! Hope this helps!
