1987 S10 Chevy Blazer stereo problem after battery replacement

I just replaced my car battery in my S10 Chevy Blazer 1987. Now my after market awai stereo isn't turning on. My friend has suggested that the fuse blew in the process. Is it possible that I shorted out my stereo, or that I blew the fuse? I have no idea where the fuse would be either, any ideas or help to locating it in my s10 1987 chevy blazer? Thanks.

are u talking headunit or amps/subs? fuse on the headunit should be on the back of it

I have a 89 blazer your fuse pannel is under your dash. Wich will be above your left leg if you sitting in it. Take the pannel off and the radio fuse should be on the thrid fuse row near the top. If not check your cd player fuse and all of your connections.
