1971 year old Booze

if that's the case... why do they sell 100 yearold aged scotch, 10 yearold crown, 20 yearold jack.... it does get smoother over time
Another one who doesn't understand. It's aged in the cask, not in the bottle. Once it's bottled the aging stops. 20 year old scotch is aged for 20 years in an oak cask before it's bottled. After it's bottled it will not age anymore. Even if it sits around for another 20 years. Gin and vodka are not aged so 20 year old gin is meaningless.
