Sonosub is 18.5^3 tuned to 15.5Hz. Stands about 7' tall. Will be powered by an EP2500. Sounded very good off my 800watt amp. Shook the crap out of my house. Triple baffles top & bottom with a single 8" port. He's picking it up this afternoon, and his wife should be rather surprised as she has NO idea //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

They're not "pretty" but they provide TONS of LFE....

I would think about cutting off the bottom of the little feet and attaching them to a circle cutout painted black or carpeted and the enclosure would then rest on that flat surface instead of those tiny little feet (and it looks like only three of them?

I was hoping for some construction pics //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
Nothing really to look at. Cut out 6 end caps, make some inner supports for the port, do a big *** round over, so it's sort of flared. Line the tube with blanket batting, drop in the end caps, glue/screw/silicone.

Hardest part was wrapping it in the cloth //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif

Feet are fine, and look beefier in person. Plus the only real weight is the sub and it's at the bottom. I've built a few of these and this one is plenty solid. Bottom plate would have made it even harder to try and move around. It JUST clears the ceiling when trying to tip it and move it.

Normally you "try" to hide them in a corner, but there's no hiding this thing...
