I've just got a Boston G5 12" and i am going to build it to the spec's on Boston's website, which is a sealed box of 1 ft cubed (28.3L) made out of 3/4 MDF.

I know this is a small box, but would this be the best sounding design for it? say if space was no issue?

Also what sort of damping would be needed?

Thanks in advance

Greg

Build it exactly 1 cubic foot and it'll sound great. Get the passive radiator that goes with it and it'll be louder without having to build a bigger box.
