Personally I would run it in 3 cubes sealed on rated.

Smooth notes, it isn't going to be peaky like ported.If you have the TS specs, put it in a box program.

Also do you have the mj-18 or the mj-18m?

no sub yet, gona bu ild some boxs soon and want a 18. got all new tools and thought a 18 would work out ok for my hatchback.

Well they don't make the mj-18 anymore unless you are getting one used. You can get the ixl 18. It has an fs of like 17, so it plays the low notes. Box specs are on the Mach 5 site as well.

6.5 ported 4.5 sealed minimum. They take 1k daily and yes they get LOW tuned to about 27-30 hz
