Well then go sealed. You will more than likely have more output with ported and will probably hit the lows with more authority. But if you dont wanna give up space then go sealed

yeah i think i might go will ported in the van but may try sealed in the truck to hear what it sounds like for the fun of it would just have to add some on the box to get more air space. do you think a mtx1800d is too much this sub?

no because your box is going to be too small without a blow through

well maybe if you read it says it is goin in a van when it is ported, if i was to put in truck it would be sealed!!!

It'd be a waste to seal it in the truck. Port it right and put it in the van. Put a 10 or 12 in the truck ported.
