have 2 red tops right now...thinking bout getting either 2 more or add 2 differant batteries.....what kind coul di get for that price, how much are those kenetic 2400's? i can add differant batteries to the setup without an isolator right?

thats why i was asking about other options besides kenetics....but i think i have my heart set on the kenetics....think im might keep one red top under the hood and sell the other one... **** espensive bateries.........

but it ****s up things though!! battery drown other battery when turn off car shyt like that, but not 100% sure

The kinetik battery tech. guy (the one you have to track down on his cell phone //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif ) told me straight up that even with the kinetik batteries, the larger the capacity of the battery, the slower the discharge, and that once you get to the 2400 it's basically just a super high capacity battery, nothing more

i would keep the redtops and run a 600 or 800 in the back in addition, or keep 1 red, replace one with a yellow, and THEN add a 600 or 800

The 2400 does discharge slower than other Car audio Specific batteries ( the Stinger 2150 for example) , but the reserve capacity is amazing

as long as your not doing dbdrag with the car off discharge rate isnt going to make a huge difference as the discharge rate on those batts is more than adequate

the 2400 is the ultimate daily driving battery( at least i think so ) b/c of the reserve capacity

the 2400 will also STOMP a group 34 red top

i also have a 2400 i may want to sell if you want to go that route i really hate shipping them tho....

cause i'm pretty sure you're worried about DISCHARGE rates with ignition ON usage, and the reserve with ignition OFF usage, not the other way around, so no, the discharge rates of a full sized 2400 are definitely NOT adequate for all usage, otherwise KINETIK themselves wouldn't have told me so.
