I thought this was interesting on their website

now i'm gonna have to get one

Just thought I would bump this up. I forgot I had this thing and never used it till tonight. Had I remembered I had it I would have taken it to the local comp I was in a few weeks ago to put it side by side against a TL. I'm going to see if there are going to be anymore shows in the area and test it. When I was metered on the TL I hit 144.3 on the dash. Tonight I hit 145.9 on the dash according to this meter. I have made a couple small changes in the mean time and I used different tones/sweep than before. I originally bought it just to get a rough ballpark and could be useful for playing around with. I used my crafstman dmm but I will test it against a fluke as well.

Someone needs to step up and do a side by side comparison of the two. Metering should be done at the exact same time, during the same burp, etc.
If you would read the thread, I was going to do it, but probably wouldnt be up to your standards, probably be too pragmatic anyway. You should probably just run 5 differential equations to figure out if it works or not.

Anyways Jntar never sent it to me, and i have since sold my TL.

I followed the 20 page thread since it was made, and like the regular caraudio.com fashion, it was all talk and no action.

It's not that hard to do the test. You put both mics in the car next to each other, and do a run. Repeat 10, 20 times, change frequencies a few times and repeat. Do some averaging.

Done. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

talk to jntar then, I was ready and able to do the test.

Ca.com is all talk no action? I guess the great 12" test session was all talk and never happend huh?

Or the 20+ other subs ive reviewed since then..

I don't know why you're taking it so personally since I never quoted anybody.

90% of the people here say they will do something and never do. The other 10% carry the rest with great results. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
