I own both and have done a quick comparison. I checked them at 30 hz MIL meter was .8 above the TL.35 HZ was .3 above the TL

42 Hz was dead on the TL

Test was done with a Fluke DMM

It seems it is fairly accurate and it is frequency dependent. The main difference is the opening on the TL is directly against the windshield and the MIL I set it facing towards the winshield since the cups are located on the side as opposed to the face of the TL.

Well I bought one from cdimic25. Can't wait to get it. However I won't get to compare it to a TL, so could a few more people put up their results compared to a TL?

fawk I might buy this and check it out....I was going to spend some cast on a TL but even if this is off by a little bit, still good for comparing different setups.

Yeah i think for the amount of testing i would do as long as its consistant it would be a pretty good buy

I want to have a meter, even if it is +/- 1db off, its accurate enough. I don't wnat to spend on a TL.
