160 amp alt here forsale

has all new parts in it

selling it to get airbags for truck:)

n e way i tested this out on my own system before taking everything out to put everything in there boxes to sell

*all done with a 8second burp to get full numbers*

idle

1 amp at 2ohms - 12.6volts

2 amps straped at 2ohms - 11.8

1200RPM's

1 amp at 2ohms - 13.6

2 amps straped at 2ohms - 13.1

1500RPM's

1 amp at 2ohms - 13.7

2 amps straped at 2ohms - 13.1

2000RPM's

1amp at 2ohms - 13.7

2 amps straped at 2ohms - 13.1

each had its own 200amp breaker and 2/0 power wire and grounds from battery

1/0 wire from alt to bat n bat ground to frame

so these numbers will vary on how ur set up and what amp(s) u are using

these numbers are done with a stock battery and power acoustik A3000DB's

was this with all your accessories on? ie. lights, heater/ac... yadda?... and is this the small case gm or the large?..?
fits in my blazer so im guessing small case

and the numbers were done with no lights or heater/ac on

not many ppl will compete with there AC full blast...the only time i ever used ac was to lower the temature in my truck before i competed...never used it while i was up

well i'm not looking for it for comp uses.. i'm looking real life... i have a 105 i think now on my chevy and **** i draw almost into the read going full tilt ... and if i have my ac on ****!!... ... ... but i'm running 3 amps... and one of those happens to be a current hungry 2 channel!!... hmm i'll have to look around i want to do it right the first time and i don't know if the 160 is enough...

heh, i can stall my burb from so much amp draw

front and rear a/c on full

all window motors on

headlights on...

causes it to go under 11V, into the red zone

Not even playing anything
