Yo.

I am in the market for an amp to power two Fi ssd10's that I am getting.

Rated at 800w rms each.

2 ohms.

I was looking at the hifonic brutus 1600s but they only get up to 1100w rms @ 2 ohm.

Being my first venture into the mid-high powered market, not sure if I should kick it up to the 2000w models and get 1700 rms or go for a different brand, or just stick with the 1100w brutus.

Anyone know of any other good true 1600w rms amps I can get for around the same budget.

Advice pleeeeeease.

Will post pics of custom box and system in my 325i upon completion.

Thanks.

hifonics is over rated. but if u get a 1ohms stable amp then yes get 2 dual 1ohms subs. you could prob get the hifonics BXi-2010D. since i think those amps are like 200 to 300 watts over rated?? not sure on that though. but fi subs are quality just set ur gains correct an send it a clean signal and u'll be all good!
