1600.00 for 2 new 15. running on 2-20.1. what subs should i buy???

I wanna use my 20.1s to full potential but can't with the obsidians. I got 1600.00 to spend on two new 15. There are so many options. Zcons, death penalties,dc xl,sundowns etc.....help me guys. 5,000 watts of power.

My goal is to be loud as possible on music. Can't take this truck to shows because its a company truck. Want to get loud and see what it meters on a term lab. All for fun.

1600 could get you whatever woofers you wanted. You won't have enough power though. Get some xls or something along those lines and spend the rest on the build.

If I had to choose new subs I'd probably give the tantric hdd subs a try. They seem to be doing good in the lanes and competitors say they sound good. But I like my death penalty 18s to much to replace them right now and I definitely don't have the money to splurge on a new set of subs.
