15s that hit really really low

i want to buy some 15s that hit low i know the box has alot to do with it but am about to buy 2 AQ 15s SDC2.5 and was hearing that they are supposed to be played in a 38hz box pretty high i think am paying 310 shipped is there any better deals or maybe throw and extra 100 on there is there a good low hitting sub out there around 400 or is this deal good. and they would like tuning 30-35 hertz

My btl in 33 tned box is NICE it slamming the lows 3.5 cube tned 33 htx but i have 2300rms on it and could use more

found the specs 1000rms is alittle to much i think for my amp plus i think the price will be to high guessing around 200 to 280 each any other choices

Be careful tuning to low you will miss out on some of the top end bass like 50htz and up If i were you i would stick to 33-35 htz range seems to be all around level

so should i just go with the AQ SDC2.5s for 310 and just tune the box to 32hz or 35hz even though its rated to be 38 to 41 or if its rated that high then its just not going to sound deep and need to look some were else and first you recommend DC lvl 4 i say 3 and you say DC **** WHAT?

no he is saying the lower you tune the box the less higher sound the sub will be able to hit. A sub only hits a certain range if you place the subs in a box that plays them lower then the highest hit will be lower if you get what am going at it does not disappear just out of range. Not an expert so if i mislead anyone feel free to correct me

The aq's are great subs

Why don't u call dj overthere and ask him about the low end on those subs

The re se can be found real cheap and ppl say they hit the lows well
