1500 watts on new SSD?

To anyone who saw my other thread, I think I have decided on the SSD. I only have one question... is the cooling option necessary if I'm going to run it @1 ohm off an AP15001d?

It will probably see around 1300-1400rms I'm guessing. Rated for 1000. Should it be alright for daily use, or would it be worth it to get the cooling option?

Thanks

AP1500 is rated for 1500w @ 1. When you run AP's close to their rated power marking they tend to be very sensitive to clipping. I suggest setting your gain for ~1450w. SSD's are rated for 1000w, and unlike BL's, aren't geared towards being necessarily a powerhouse. In other words, I would get the cooling option in your case.
