1500 watts at 2 ohms

im looking for a decent amp that does around 1500 rms at 2 ohms and 3000 at 1 ohm. something close to those rating and around 400 monies. suggestions?

i know there is or was some sort of clarion DPX amp off of crutchfield for 200. it does 1550 at 2 ohms, but i don't think it will do 1 ohm..

your looking at peak power that pos prob cant even do the full 800 rms at 2 ohms

pretty sure that amp will do close to rated if not rated.

unfortionately i dont have the money as of now:crap:

im trying to get ideas at the moment of what to go with. just gonna power an aq hdc3 12. my predicament is that i got dual 1 ohm voice coil so that when i get a second sub i could save money running at 1 ohm. i considered buying an aq2200 but im only gonna get 1100 to the sub now and same to both when i get the second. so im lookingg for something that does between 1500 and 2k at 2 ohms for now, not sure how ill upgrade in the future when i have the second sub

that clarion amp is one of the best deals ive seen and its on crutchfield.. but i would possibly go with the popular audiopipe ap30001d

that is very cheap for it being on crutchfileld if it actually puts out rated. i was looking into audiopipe as well. just need something cheap that does decent wattage for now this isnt permanent

The Clarion DPX11551 is CEA2006 rated. It is not 1 ohm stable though.
