1500 to 2k Power Efficient Amp

Need some opinions on an amp that will push 2 kicker l7s at 1 ohm or 2. Lookin for one around 1500 to 2k watts. Ive been told audiopipe, hifonics and kicker but what would be the most cost efficient also? advice appreciated

i think an audiopipe 1500 or 1800 would be perfect for u........they get alot of postive feedback wherever i look....i also run one the ap8001d im looking to upgrade when i get another sub to the 1500

what site sells audiopipe? i just really want at least a true 1500 watts, thats why im tryin to get a 2k watt amp just in case.

get a kicker zx1500.1, very efficient amp and you will definately get your 1500+ watts at 2 ohms. why not just go all kicker

The AQ 2200d's ive heard are pretty **** efficient. However i have not used one first hand.

My friend had a brand new l7 12 and he sent a solid 1k watts to it and it smelled all the time when hed crank it. Box size was a little over spec. Not sure if these really like 1k watts daily but yeah just throwin it out there.

The AQ 2200d's ive heard are pretty **** efficient. However i have not used one first hand.

i really have had terrible experiences with aq amps! not slamn on the AQ company but seems very poorly built! i had a 1200 and a buddy has a 1200 that overheats a massive amounts of times! at a 2ohm load!

as far as the 2200 im not sure but im trying to stay away from AQ now....

cheap overseas build house IMO!

Go Kicker and never look back.there is a post awhile back that a competitor posted about the efficencey of class-d amps and the Kicker 2500d was very very efficencet(not sure about my spelling) but you understand what I mean, but yes the Kicker is your best bet and it has a built in fan to keep it cool make sure you are feeding it the voltage it needs(1/0 ga. wire needed)
