1500-1600w Too much for a RE SX?

Yea I was taken back when I saw that. I was gonna have it rebuilt here locally but once I found that I out just said screw it. There is alot of electrical shit in my car though.

See this kinda makes me wonder. If I am using a Hifonics amp, say a 1500-1600w, that amp prob wont be putting out true watts so it should be more along the lines of 1200-1300 right?
what year hifonics 06 08 10 cause the 06 and 08 are over by about 20% but i think that the 10 is close to true. and u want to be shure that u have very clean power if u want to throw 1500rms to it like sundown. a saz 1200d would be great it puts out almost 1500 i think.

Well I ended up getting a Powerbass ASA 1500.1 for a good price.

Ill be setting the gain properly and was actually looking to see how much voltage I am getting to my amp with a volt meter and it was 13.7 so I know I prob wont be getting all 1500w.
