what size basket ya got there captain bass? cause that's a bit much power if the box starts getting toooo big.

1000-1200 can be pretty safe on it though. But hell, comming from someone who's put 6kw to two of them, im not one to talk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Yeah it is. i wouldn't put more than a solid 1200 on it though. Just to be safe. Depending on how much u play ur system you can probably get away with 1500.

See this kinda makes me wonder. If I am using a Hifonics amp, say a 1500-1600w, that amp prob wont be putting out true watts so it should be more along the lines of 1200-1300 right?

If you're getting 14.4 volts then you'll be getting about the full rms. just make sure the gain isn't up..

Yea they are slightly over rated.

Even at 14.4 you won't see 1600.

I have a 180amp stock alt and nothing more haha. Im leasing the car so I dont plan an doing anything major to it just yet.
