Well if you understand this, your previous reply I quoted originally, makes no sense when looked at the context. Im not trying to be argumentative, but someone said they thought the four AQ 2200's would be better than the Hifonics anyway, and your reply was he would only get like 1500 watts off the AQ's, and implied he was forgetting about impedance rise, followed by eye rolling. If imp rise applies to the AQ's, and it would, it would apply equally to the Hifonics amp, and your apparent displeasure with his opinion on amp choice, based on forgetting imp rise, really doesn't make any sense. The guy you quoted seemed to be discussing component quality and/or manufacturer rating standards, which impedance rise has nothing to do with.
