A passive crossover can't account for the cars acoustics. We change slopes and points to fill gaps

Any questions, let me know.

There is actually a line above the previous one that is even MORE dampened but cost close to $400 for that series.

Looking forward to your review, interested to hear how those sound.

I have a pair of the Polk DXI 6.5 comps which to my understanding is very similar to the DB series. I just wanted something to hold me over until I saved up for a nicer set. I've had them for a couple of months on 125wx2 and for a budget set I'm satisfied. I wasn't expecting too much, I just wanted a budget set that could keep up with my substage and not sound harsh and they fit the bill for me.

For reference, The last set of components I had in my last car were CDT CL62 series and I loved those so much, the highs were so smooth and the midbass was awesome. Obviously the Polks wouldn't compare, but I like the similarity in warmness.
