15" Type R vs 15" Eclipse Ti

I got the 12" in a 2.4 cube
Gets mighty loud

but I need MOAR!

do you know of anywhere where I can still get the Ti's. I would love to get some 15's....I now wooferect has them or whatever but they are way too much.

I remember payin 325 bnib from a store on ebay 2 years ago, but doesn't seem like you can get them now

I installed a 15" Ti Pro in a friends car of A T3000.1 (4128 RMS @ 1 ohm)

I was bidding on a 18" Ti Pro

Had I gotten it, it would have been the only sub I would have ever needed lol

I would go 4 cubes @ 33-34hz on that R. I built an enclosure for a friends 15 that was 4 cubes @ 33 off a jl 1000/1 and it sounded really nice and got loud.

on a side note: whoever told you 4.75 for a 3hp should be castrated... thats waaaaaaay to big for that sub

you should do 3.3-3.8 tuned to 32-33hz w/60-65 square inches of port

that 15" TI is the loudest sealed sub i've ever heard to this day... Louder than my 18" Q...

and the setup was just the 15"TI in a 1 cu. ft. box w/ a RF. bd1000.1 (early 2000 model) in an SRT-4

while its a fantastic sub... a 3hp shouldnt be louder than the Q you have now...

TI is a 3hp?? anywho... it was, by quite a bit.. one of the most impressive setups i've heard...it started to rip the box apart (beacuse it was to small) but i honestly thought the back window was gonna break when it was hittin hard..and this was in a 4 dr sedan
