I think you should go with the Avalanche, sounded really nice to me and had a pretty good low end.

What about making a larger sealed box for one of my Ti's? They are in 1.7 cubic feet per right now. That is actually on the larger side of what PG recomends though. And 1.25 is what they recomend for SQ. That's very small for a 15", but they say that the SQ box will have "deeper, tighter" bass. Also, is there anywhere to find a 15" IDQ besides cardomain.com? What about a used atlas? I think an Avalanche is more than I need.

I recommend the ava as well, my 12 sealed is enough for SQ. Also look for an RLP, older magnum RE SE, Type X.

get a brahma, or an avalanche, teh atlas isnt too shabby.

What I'm really wondering is if it is worth it from an SQ standpoint to go for a super-woofer, or if I can get something with the same SQ but not as much SPL for cheaper.

idq as far as sq goes imo flat out destroys anything mentioned here but as for using one ti you could do that too and get the output somewhat closer to what you are used to. idq is a totally different kind of woofer.

Can you elaborate on this please? As far as the Ti goes, I am only using one of them at the moment, and even when I turn it down, there is plenty of output, however, I want it to be able to hit lower with more authority. In songs with bass lines with multiple tones, sometimes the low tones are a lot quieter than the higher notes. I want something that will have a little flatter response.

it is more exact sounding less output. you could ib it will have more low rumble but even less output (ib=infinate baffle)

the brahma sounds awesome IMO. put it in a sealed box w/a 707 qtc and keep the gains down.

I would really like a brahma. I almost think that if I get a super sub, I should step down to a 12" though, as a 15" supersub is going to be a little much. I have seen a few atlas' used for cheap. Are they worth a shot?

I cant believe no one has said IDMAX....Best SQ out of any mentioned so far.....and Avalanches have **** good SQ, if your looking into a brahma, They are similar

there is no 15" idmax and the idw sounds better than the idmax too

Id say the avalanche sounds just right for you. I dunno when the hell they are going to come out but....sounds good for you. Get a 15, seal it. 225 or so.
