15" SE power

So one 15" SX in 4 cubes tuned to around 33Hz would sound good, and get pretty darn loud? My only concern now is, some people have told me 15s aren't good for daily and music other than rap, is that true? I want to listen to everything, even at lower volumes, will the SX deliver clean punchy quieter bass too?

Jesus people, the SX is NOT a sound quality build sub, clean and simple...

And we've told you more than once now, go with two se's off of that power...

Tell that to RE Audio..."With excellent sound quality and extreme output, the SX SERIES is the epitome of what a daily driving subwoofer should be."

They don't back you up any

They say it has good sq, and extreme output. Sounds like a spl driver to me...

None the less, you obviously haven't compared the two before

SE is more of a SQ sub, But i repeat the SX it is not a SPL driver do you even own one?? There is not a whole lot of difference between the 2, they have the same motor.

OK let me ask you this is a XXX a SPL sub????

What are you talking about? I agreed that the SE is a sq sub (more so than spl), and that the sx is more tuned for spl.

I have se 12's, and sx 12's, if you looked at my sig before assuming I was talking out of my *** you would have seen that.

And I'm not sure what two subs you were saying had the same motors, I'm assuming the SE & SX. But that doesn't mean shit. There's plenty of other parameters that go into the making of a sub other than its motor (which the gap and such could have been changed too) that determine what the sub will act like

I know that There's plenty of other parameters that go into the making of a sub other than its motor thats why i said " there is not a whole lot of difference" i just pointed out 1 thing they shared. The SX is not a SPL sub. and your sig says SE 12's not SE and SX''

SX is not a SPL sub....

hes saying the SX isnt an spl sub....it just is more so than the SE
i agree but thats not what he said. this is what he said..

The SX does have more SPL then the SE but it is not a SPL sub.

Like i asked B4 is the XXX a SPL sub?

In the right box, ya it probably will be louder. But I think when you look at the whole package, i think the SEs will do a little better across the board. I bet the SX would be loud though...
