Sold 15" re audio mt

long story short.

got it from fastimes who said it was new. it was reconed by teampsi.

it looks brand new.

tested it the next day from when i got it and it didnt work.

tried to contact fastimes but he doesnt go on here much? or ive been told by several members on here.

a member said that he traded my dd sub already and said "i doubt fastimes will give you any money so why dwell on what happen...."

seems like there is nothing i can do now except try to sell it or trade.

I honestly dont know what its worth since it does not play. Kind of weird because it looks so fresh and new except the scuffs on the surround(was on there when i got it).

I even spoke to teampsi and sent him pictures. He also said it looks new and also found it odd that it does not play.

I guess I will try $250 and if that looks stupid, if the price does not seem reasonable, please let me know. Someone showed me a thread that was selling this motor alone for $180 plus shipping.

I would also trade for a monoblock amp.

i switched batteries and now i came to a conclusion that my dmm is messed up. when i turn it on it still shows an ohm rating.

Sorry man but I would like to keep it in the uscon. I would also like to keep the the whole sub together. Like I said before it might be an easy fix for someone who knows how to deal with subwoofers

dud contact the guy you bought it from and tell him whats going on. also test it on a different amp. if it is broken then get your money back or something.

shitty deals. I actually have a 18" basket and mt recone. Good luck with sale though.

looks like one of the coils may have come unwound, that may cause the strange readings...

so im pretty much out of luck.

theres no point in testing out with a different amp because its pushing my orion fine.

if it unwound, wouldnt it rub?

its not rubbing at all.

Check again!...I sent you my cell number the day after you asked for it. Also ...the DD was never traded, IT..needed a recone, so thats where its been since the day after the trade.

I spoke to david already. The reason why I dont want to send it to him is because of the shipping it will cost to get it there and back and that's not even including the price it might cost if it does need a recone.
