I have a chance of getting a RF t30001 amp for pretty cheap and using it with 2 15" L7s. I was wondering whether you guys think i should get 2 4ohm subs and run them off 3000w or go with 2 2ohm subs and run them at 2 ohms at 2000w? If i set my gains correctly I shouldnt really have a problem should I? I just dont want to regret not going with the 3000w by running them off 2000w instead.

Wow, you guys were quick. Talon2nr they are the 06 black models, (im pretty sure they're black)

scarolina, are you still trying to sell that amp or did you already sell it?

And thanks for the replies.

go with the dual 4ohms. L7's can take the power as long as you don't go overboard

Okay, looks like ill be going with dual 4s then. Hopefully they should hold up daily, shouldnt they?
they may blow up. often times L7's blow up so spectacularly the cone will shoot right off and destroy whatever is in its path.

so far ive lost a girlfriend, a grandmother, and boxfan.
